The CPR Electrical team have successfully completed the Design and Construct build for EDI Remote Pump Stations. This was a project for a diesel powered pumping station which is able to connect to various tanks for the purpose of loading trucks. The Pump stations will be fitted with sonar level detection and digital display for the accessible use of the pumps.
The project was completed in 20 weeks and under budget.

CPR Electrical designed and constructed the upgrade of the Forster park football oval lights. CPR were approached by Belmont football club to design and construct lighting upgrades for their oval after being awarded an $80,000 grant in the year of 2017. CPR electrical worked with Eye lighting to produce a concept that suited the clubs needs and budget. 2 x 30m lighting towers were installed each with 3 x 2000w 415v.
Project Highlights:
The window that was given to deliver this project held no room for error; it stood between Baseball finals and the start of the AFL football season. Any damage to the oval could have impacted both sports. CPR managed to complete the project with no damage to the oval which surprised the Council and the football club. The project was completed with no incidents, accidents or near misses.
The CPR Electrical team was tasked with the Installation and commissioning of a new recycling plant that takes general construction waste and separates the metal and Light material ready for hand sorting. The plant consists of multiple conveyors, shakers and blowers. The plant stretches approximately 80m in length and has a running load of approximately 400 amps.
The plant is run off a 400KVA generator and is designed to have a sequential start to reduce the maximum current draw during start up.
All cabling was supplied as SWA and installed on cable tray and plant structure.
MCC was supplied and commissioned by Metroid electrical engineers, an eastern states electrical company that works with Skala throughout the country

This project was completed on time with no variations.
CPR Worked closely with the Skala to plan the installation of specific areas while it was being constructed to reduce the total duration of the project.
We had Zero incidents, accident or near misses during this project.
Commissioning was completed without issues due to the extensive testing completed by CPR employees.
CPR now continue to service and Maintain the new plant for Eco Resources
The CPR Electrical team have recently completed the Design and Construct build for SpaceFrame Buildings on behalf of Centurion Transport. This is the Second building we have built for Centurion Transport, the first in Karratha in 2015. Centurion is one of Australia’s largest independently owned and operated logistics (3PL) and transport companies.
This project included, light, power, lighting towers, access control, CCTV and Security and was completed from Ground works to hand over in 16 weeks. Country work included short term rental of local housing for the duration of the project.

The Project was delivered on time in a very short Time frame.
The Existing building remained operational throughout the build with a smooth transition from old premises to new premises.
Kardex Remstar is a world leading supplier of automated storage and retrieval solutions. The products are designed to increase productivity and improve the efficiency of customers working practices. CPR Electrical assisted Kardex on a project to relocate a few of their carousels. These carousals hold parts that save space on the premises.
