The CPR Electrical team recently completed a Kiln upgrade for the Barret Burston Malting Company.
This kiln was modified and upgraded to guarantee optimal performance during the production of BBM’s famous beers at their brewery in Welshpool. The proof is in the pictures.

Contract Details
CPR Electrical were approached by Torque industries to assist in the installation and commissioning of a hay plant for Aldahra in Perth’s north. The contract included installation of cable trays, motor cabling, control cabling, 1200KVA generation set and MCC. Motor sizes range from 0.75kw to 110kw. The project was delivered within a tight timeframe with machinery being connected just days after arrival. Cables included paralleled 630mm2 XLPE, 95mm EMC Screened motor cable, 300mm XLPE, 95mm 3c+e PVC PVC, Cat6A plus many more.

The CPR Electrical team has successfully completed the Design and Construct of a new Light and Small Power Switch room including Air conditioners for SpaceFrame Buildings.The Switch room was built for a new solar farm out from Kalbarri for Western Power. CPR was able to supply a total of 16 Air-conditioners, 36 general power light fittings among other associated equipment.
CPR was able to successfully complete the project in a few weeks with the help of many traders.

The CPR Electrical team has completed installation and commission of the New Metroll Post Machine with the help of Metroll Management. This machine is able to form fence rolls, uncoil and robotically stack. This kind of machinery is its kind at Metroll Roll Forming.
In order for the Roll Former to be installed, Metroll has to decommission,relocate and recommission other roll formers in order to prevent interruptions of production. Now that Metroll has the new machinery , they’re able to terminate the MCC,robotic controller,new safety gate switch and operator console. Metroll was able to terminate this machinery in out of office hours to ensure the smooth transition of commission in the following week. The extensive Point to Point testing and ITP help with the commissioning.

The CPR Electrical team have recently completed the installation and commission of the Metroll ASC Super Mill roll former with the close assistance of Metroll Management and the American Manufactures ASC to ensure the project is delivered in the given time span. This is the second build we have built for Metroll, the first was a post machine install in 2019.
The Super Mill Roll Former is the first of its kind in Australia and will Increase the Production of Purlins. The Super Mill spans an impressive 60m and it utilises a deep 4m ‘Loop Pit’ .This unique design automatically stacks and flips the Purlins for strapping. Therefore making the work of Metroll more efficient. The Super Mill requires a 460 amp power supply and is shipped from the US in 6x sea containers with an approximate cost of $2.5M.
